Conservation with Ashley Cobb

I’m beyond excited to invite you to a powerful in-person event in Atlanta, GA on Tuesday, July 23, 2025 at 6:00 PM at one of my favorite Black-owned bookstores—44th & 3rd Bookseller!

I’ll be in conversation with the brilliant and hilarious Ashley Cobb, and we’re diving deep into my newest book, Drink Water & Mind Your Business: A Black Woman’s Guide to Unlearning the BS and Healing Your Self-Esteem.

If you’ve ever struggled with feeling “not enough,” wrestled with self-worth, or been burdened by the expectations placed on Black women—you are NOT alone, and this space is for YOU.

We’ll be talking about the ways we’ve internalized toxic messages and how we can begin to reclaim our joy, our bodies, and our self-esteem. This isn’t just a book talk—it’s a healing conversation, a sister circle, and a space for real transformation.

Expect laughter, truth-telling, maybe a little cussing, and a whole lot of love.

When: July 23, 2025 at 6:00 PM
Where: 44th & 3rd Bookseller, 451 Lee St SW, Atlanta, GA 30310

Come through, bring a friend, grab a book, and let’s sip this healing tea together. I can’t wait to see you there!

IMBF:Self-Esteem In The Community

In My Black Feelings is BACK, baby! 🎉🖤

And we’re kicking it off with a conversation that hits deep:

Self-Esteem as a Community Responsibility

Because confidence isn’t just personal—it’s communal. It’s how we water each other, uplift one another, and hold safe space to grow.

Got something on your heart around self-esteem? A question, a story, a curiosity? Drop it in the suggestion box and include “for drinking” so I know it’s meant for this convo, not a whole separate one 😅.

I can’t wait to share space with y’all again.

Let’s laugh, reflect, and heal—together.

Join the conversation!

P.T.O Online Masterclass

While we all think we know pleasure, the reality is that for many of us, we had our pleasure scripts created for us before we even got to know ourselves, our names, and could express our own desires. This workshop is about beginning the great undoing of ALL OF THAT!

If you are interested in learning the power of pleasure and how it can impact all areas of your life, then this workshop is for you! You will learn why sexual pleasure should be part of your self-care routine. In this 4-hour Masterclass, you will increase your knowledge in some of the root concerns that cause the gaps in your orgasms, develop language to effectively communicate what you want sexually, and begin taking control of your pleasure.

Plan to Orgasm is a no-judgment zone masterclass, packed with expert strategies that no one is telling Black women right now.

By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:

  • Learn to better define sexuality for themselves

  • Learn more about the orgasm gap, with strategies on filling it

  • Develop better sex communication skills

So grab your ticket and reserve your space.
